Our mission is to build world-class AI tools that push businesses to the next level, empowering them to achieve results they didn't think possible. We are not just passionate about helping businesses grow; we are obsessive about building tech that redefines how they operate.

About The Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who thrives under pressure and is eager to solve complex problems. You should have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in SaaS or AI-driven products. If you want to be on the front lines of building AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of what technology can do, this is your opportunity. You'll be responsible for guiding the product development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our solutions deliver exceptional value to our customers. This is not a job for the faint-hearted—it's a chance to make an impact in a high-stakes startup environment. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

Responsibilities

Define Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with our company goals. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our product direction supports the overall mission of Sameday.AI.

Lead Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet customer needs, are delivered on time, and maintain a high level of quality.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure cohesive execution. You'll be expected to bridge gaps between different teams and drive collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions.

Customer Research and Insights: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and validate product ideas. Your role will involve translating customer insights into actionable product requirements that drive customer value and business growth.

Prioritize Features and Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most impactful features are always at the top. You will balance short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals, ensuring we deliver value quickly while staying on course.

Measure and Analyze Product Success: Define key performance metrics and track product performance post-launch. You will gather data to evaluate the success of our products, iterate on improvements, and make data-driven decisions.

Ensure Product Quality: Advocate for quality at all stages of the development process. You will define acceptance criteria, conduct user testing, and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of usability and functionality.

Mentor Team Members: Support and elevate junior product managers by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of learning. We're looking for leaders who set high standards and pull others up with them.

Requirements

Mandatory Experience:

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in product management, specifically in SaaS or artificial intelligence applications.
  • Strong understanding of agile product development methodologies.
  • This is an in-person position. You will work full-time out of our office in Lehi, Utah.

Technical Proficiency

  • Proven experience in developing and managing software products from concept to launch.
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, or other product management software.

Problem Solving And Ownership

  • Strong analytical skills for identifying and solving product challenges. You need to be comfortable diving into the unknown, solving complex problems, and owning your solutions end-to-end.
  • Ability to take full ownership of product features and see them through from concept to deployment. If you're the kind of person who gets things done and takes initiative, you'll fit right in.

Leadership

  • Experience mentoring junior product managers and leading cross-functional teams. You should be comfortable setting high expectations, giving constructive feedback, and raising the bar for everyone on the team.
  • Ability to establish and communicate a clear product vision. We care deeply about the quality and direction of our products, and you should too.

Agile & Scrum Experience

  • Strong experience working in Scrum and Agile frameworks. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Active participation in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. We want people who contribute and aren't afraid to speak up.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and help guide the team toward successful, on-time deliveries.

Core Values Alignment

We value creativity, collaboration, and excellence in every aspect of our work. We want people who are passionate about solving challenging problems, have a relentless drive for success, and are eager to contribute to the growth of the company. If you're not committed to pushing yourself and your teammates, this is not the right place for you.
