Job Title: Business Analyst 4
Locations: Des Moines, IA or Sioux Falls, SD
Be part of an Agile team that supports the company’s vision to grow. In working closely with the product owners, help the team to understand the vision of the web experience, lead and participate in planning sessions, write and define user stories and acceptance criteria, and help prioritize user stories.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of six years of business analysis experience in gathering business requirements and turning them into user stories
- Experience with taking a team through the story boarding process
- Experience in creating flow diagrams
- Experience working with multiple product owners
- Gherkin experience a plus
- Proven experience working in Agile teams
- A minimum of two years demonstrated leadership experience; preferably in a business analysis role
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work and communicate with a variety of personalities, across locations
- Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations using strong judgment and high level decision making skills
- Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and oversee work of others
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or information technology related major preferred
- Understanding of complex life or annuity products and processes a plus
