Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Our Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing and servicing Mazda vehicles.
• Perform work as outlined in the repair manual and repair order, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Perform work in a timely manner and diagnose and fix it right the first time.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure of quality repair
• Maintain your factory training
• Keep shop area neat and clean
• Be part of a great team, give constructive feedback and earn a great paycheck

Qualifications: 

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
• We are accepting applicants with all types of manufacturer experience, prior Mazda experience is not required
• All levels of qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve is most important
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
