Job Summary :

Greeters at Sam's Club are responsible for welcoming customers, providing a positive first impression, and enhancing customer experience by offering assistance and directing guests as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome customers as they enter the store.
• Provide carts and offer promotional flyers.
• Answer inquiries and provide directions within the store.
• Assist with customer flow by monitoring entrances and directing traffic.
• Maintain presence at entrance or other strategic areas to ensure safety and security.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
