Office Clerk
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important communications
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns via phone, email, or in-person
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Utilize Google Suite applications for data entry, document creation, and email correspondence
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office clerk, medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks (preferred)
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) is a plus
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
