Rôle et Responsabilités
The purpose of this position is to manage Samsung shopper marketing efforts executed with our retail channel partners in the Audio and Memory product categories in order to drive conversion.
Responsibilities include plans and executions for branded shopper in-store merchandising experiences and online retail experiences. There is a heavy focus on insight based asset and creative development as well as measurement for the effectiveness of these materials. The planning and implementation of in-store point of purchase materials, video content, promotions, online ads and other retail marketing materials are the primary focus of this role.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Audio /Memory/ Other Retail Graphics & POP- Develop insight led shopper experiences at retail that drive conversion. Work cross functionally with team member(s) to deliver POP, graphics, compelling product demonstrations, and other materials that inspire shoppers to purchase. Materials need to be tailored to specific retailers’ shopping needs aligned with company goals. It is expected that this role will also be responsible for the measurements of Samsung’s effectiveness with shoppers in these categories.
- Audio /Memory/ Other Category and Feature Messaging- Creates and executes category and feature product messaging.
- Memory/DAV/ Other Retail Demo Content- Develop the plans, innovations, localization, and customization of demo video, demo audio and online video content for the purposes of converting shoppers into buyers.
- Audio /Memory/ Other Shop In Shop – Oversee plans and go to market executions for shop in shop retail display experiences. Manage the changes and improvements.
- Audio /Memory/ Other POP & Promotions – Oversee POP and promotional timelines, individual campaigns, uncover new ways to promote offers and timely deliver assets to retailers.
- Other Ad Hoc Projects – Work with team members and cross functionally as needed on other marketing projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years marketing experience with a strong background in guiding and shaping creative and the execution there of.
- Online marketing understanding and experience required.
- Retail, channel and or trade marketing experience preferred. This role is focused on shopper conversion and all manner of marketing to make that happen.
- Exceptional Power Point skills, proficient in all other MS Office products
- Organized, exceptional project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects are required
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a preferred but not required
