Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Provider to join our family. As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in our care. Your role will involve supervising and engaging with children, implementing educational activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
- Create a structured daily schedule that includes playtime, meals, naptime, and learning activities
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed
- Observe and assess children's behavior, development, and social interactions
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for children

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in babysitting, daycare, or early childhood education preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and appropriate behavior management techniques

- Experienced in food introduction (including preparing meals and planning for the week)
- Ability to engage with children in a patient, caring, and compassionate manner
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in early childhood education or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Patient demographics:

• Children
• Infants

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
