What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Clerk position at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited?

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule incoming trucks.
- Send appropriate paperwork to truck lines to pick up Mill material and from purchase orders
- Enter transfer orders to move coils from one location to another.
- Enter coils coming into Doral on purchase orders and customer material
- Enter coils received at outside locations from purchase orders and from one location to another
- Receive coils in from disputes.
- Enter new coils from outside locations after they are processed.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, experience, certifications, licenses or special skills):
- High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience
- English spoken and written
- Previous experience in this role would be an asset.
