Sign On Bonus We are seeking a full-time or part-time Optometrist lead to join our team in Ashland, WI Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive eye exams, provide descriptions, diagnose, treat and manage eye injuries and detect disease. Participate in strategic and operational planning. Lead departments QI and follow up on Policy & procedures. Oversee clinical aspects of direct reports, recruitment, training and on-boarding of new providers. Plans and administers therapeutic treatment by telephonic/ telehealth methodologies as indicated by patient needs and state guidelines. Requirements: Doctorate of Optometry Degree required Current, valid and unrestricted Wisconsin license to practice the profession.
