We are seeking a Financial Controller to play a critical role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our healthcare organization in Blytheville, AR!
*Must have experience with Hospital and Healthcare companies.
You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining effective controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
This is a key leadership position within the finance department, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive financial excellence and contribute to the company’s success.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education of B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience ideally gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Accounting/Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a Controller with responsibility for accounts budgeting, cost accounting, credit and collections, and finance.
- Working knowledge of manual and automated accounting systems, well developed financial analysis capabilities.
