We are a growing Senior Living Company looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Fairfield, CT full-time.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Sales Specialist will assist Our Communities in achieving performance and occupancy goals by directly selling, supporting, and coaching our senior living communities' Sales and Marketing teams.
Responsible for growing revenue and managing all aspects of the sales in the assigned community or communities. Achieve and exceed budgeted census for the community. The Sales Specialist will be assigned to a maximum of (2) communities for a 90-day period. Represents the residence in a positive light, maintaining favorable relationships with prospects and family members. Handles the inquiry/occupancy and relocation process. Responsible for ensuring that the Sales and Marketing Department operates in accordance with all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Requires at least two years of occupancy/marketing/admissions experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.
- A valid driver’s license in the state employed is required.
- The position requires you to work in communities throughout the LCB portfolio.
- You must be able to travel Monday through Friday.
- Travel can be extensive depending on your community assignment.
