JOB SUMMARY
Directs and Administers patient/employee food service operations throughout the hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors Degree in a Food Management-related field preferred.
Experience: Five years of experience in hospital food management.
Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration and leadership, employee relations, communication, management of fiscal resources, and legislation affecting food and nutrition services in the health care industry.
License/Certifications: Registered Dietitian. If individual is not a RD, will be required to work in conjunction with a full time RD in the oversight of the nutritional services function and be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM); ServSafe Certification required
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.
