Position

SAS has an opening for an Order Management Associate reporting to the order management manager to ensure accurate and timely orders for all revenue channels. In addition, they will support the International, Military, and other 3rd party accounts as needed.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce to release all orders, ensure all orders release at 100%. Research failed allocations and distribute to appropriate departments for completion.
  • Maintain customer sales and transfer order database, including specific orders and general information.
  • Gain and maintain product knowledge on all SAS items, believe that SAS is the best American-made quality comfort footwear, and demonstrate enthusiasm and belief for the product and the company's philosophy through your daily interactions with customers
  • Work with revenue management to complete filing, data entry, and report organization tasks.
  • Determine which reports should be prepared, how to run, and prioritize workload.
  • Answer phones and direct questions to the appropriate department from the sales force.
  • Follow established procedures, but seek to provide ideas and input for improvements.
  • Support department by handling administrative duties and phone calls as needed.
  • Escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Transaction Log Look Up – if an order is not releasing because there is no inventory, look at future dated orders and see if we can take off the reservation to ship the shoe out now.
  • No Inventory Orders – when no future orders to remove a reservation from, cancel those no inventory orders and make the sales reps aware so they can reach out to the customers.
  • B2B Errors – If orders are not syncing or SO numbers are not generating, research and work with sales rep/customers. 
  • Ponseti Dress Shoe Program – manage workspace for these orders, manually change their prices, and release these orders daily. 
  • Sunday Release – support Ecom and Zappos orders on Sundays
  • General Releasing Questions Other duties as assigned including but not limited to participation in monthly or quarterly inventories as needed.
  • Releasing Zappos –dropping the Zappos file and releasing their orders three times a day.
  • Omni Back-Up – release both Home and Store Omni Orders when back-up is needed
  • Address/MOD Verification when shipping has issues with address verification or questions about the mode of delivery on any type of order. 
  • Order Modification –if order needs to be adjusted before it is released. This includes canceling an order, making changes to an item on order, or changing shipping addresses.

  • Ability to interact with all levels of company employees, including management.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Enjoys working in a fast paced environment. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or flex schedule depending on business needs.
  • Ability to maintain and exercise confidentiality.


Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit or stand for 8 – 10 hours.
  • Manual dexterity and coordination  
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer, visual inspection, and prepare and analyze projects. 
  • Consistently be able to operate a computer.

 

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bilingual or Spanish speaking a plus. 
  • Experience or willing learn Salesforce, Service Cloud, Microsoft AX 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation tools
