San Francisco Style Sourdough Eatery is a Premium Deli that service sandwiches on warm sourdough bead with over 20 different sandwiches to choose from. We also have Gourmet Salads with homemade Sourdough Croutons and Hot Soups everyday.
We are looking for an assistant restaurant manager with a positive attitude to be responsible for managing store while working a shift. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, help meet sales and profitability goals and help motivate other staff. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in inventory control/ordering, and any type of restaurant leadership experience.
Responsibilities
Help meet sales goals by helping the owner with training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff while working a shift.
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
· Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
· Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
· Communicate well with Owner and other staff.
· Help Owner of store with issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) by communicating any information known immediately.
· Be an example of well behavior and high performance and morale standards
· Additional duties as needed

· Proven successful experience in a leadership role in a restaurant / retail setting.
