The Pathway Recruitment & Credential Analyst will report to the Policy and Operations Manager and join a data-driven team committed to attracting and supporting high-quality teachers in SFUSD. They will lead a recruitment strategy to meet ambitious targets. They will case manage Pathway teachers to increase rates of program completion and support with data collection and analysis. They will also assist in the execution of all Pathway program operations, providing day-to-day logistical and credentialing support to ensure all aspects of the program run smoothly.
We expect the Pathway Recruitment & Credential Analyst to:
Education: Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: One (1) year of professional human resources experience in one or more of the following areas of activity: recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee and/or labor relations, benefits administration and human resources operations.
Substitution:
Education Substitution - Verifiable professional human resources work experience in one or more of the following areas may substitute for up to two years of the required education on a year-for-year basis: recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee and/or labor relations, benefits administration and human resources operations. (One year of experience will be considered equivalent to 30 semester or 45 quarter units of college coursework.)
Experience Substitution - Completion of a 12 month human resources trainee program equivalent to the City and County of San Francisco’s 1249 Human Resources Training Program may substitute for the one (1) year of required professional experience.
