Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure each resident's financial information is kept confidential
· Handles resident billing and collection
· Records and balances facility census information
· Attends daily and weekly facility-required meetings
· Handles Resident Trust Fund duties as assigned
· Maintains and reconciles facility petty cash fund
Qualifications:
· Business office experience in a Skilled Nursing environment preferred
· Previous medical billing experience
· Experience with assisting resident families with billing and insurance inquiries
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
