Assistant Project Manager

Now seeking a well-rounded individual to join our team as an Assistant Project Manager within the construction industry!

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the Sr. Project Manager with various tasks and responsibilities pertaining specifically to the development, construction, and restoration of large-scale projects and regions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform site visits for bidding and project analysis.
• Review and understand bid manuals, and repair details.
• Estimate all materials and labor requirements; cost analysis assisting the Sr. Project Manager.
• Assist Sr. Project Manager with budget creation and implementation.
• Qualify potential material suppliers and subcontractors.
• Create and organize project files, manage information through Construction Project Management software.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred.
• 2 years in similar role or industry.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Estimating experience- ONSCREEN TAKEOFF PREFERRED
• Experience with construction plans and specifications.
• Familiar with OSHA rules and safety regulations relating to construction.

Salary & Benefits:

• $65,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)
