Hands on Handyman

Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is a rapidly growing law firm with offices in Maryland, DC, Virginia & Florida. We are looking for a hardworking Handyman who would be eager to join our Team!

Full Time

• Monday - Friday

Pay

• $22 - $25 an hour

Requirements

• 1 year of Handyman experience
• Spanish Speaker (Preferred)
• Good Communication Skills
• Be able to work in multiple locations
• Have basic skills of a carpenter, electrician, plumber, painter, mechanic, and HVAC technician all rolled into one

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, etc.
• Performing and/or scheduling routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
• Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals
• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs
• Basic computer hardware installation skills needed (workstations, printers, scanners, etc.)
• Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights
• Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary
• Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
