Operations Specialist

The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting Partner Firms, including Orion training, performance reporting, account maintenance and billing. Could also have experience in performance reporting software like Black Diamond or Addepar.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide Orion training for onboarding partners

· Review and prepare accounts in Orion for billing process

· Troubleshoot account maintenance and custodial feeds

· Review monthly and quarter end audits for billing purposes

· Support performance report building and performance troubleshooting

· Review and resolve open issues with Orion

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Experience with operational platforms such as Schwab, Pershing, Fidelity and Orion

· Intermediate to advanced Excel spreadsheet proficiency – position weighs heavily on Excel functions/formulas

· Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and team player

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take accountability for performance/work product

· Ability to complete other functions as assigned within Operations, as needed

· Polished oral and written communication skills

EDUCATION

· Bachelor’s Degree or combination of industry experience and education required

· 5 years’ experience working in the independent financial services space

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
