Overview:
Join the dynamic team at Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA as a Harvest Lead. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about cannabis and dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in our production processes and who lead successful teams!
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (No weekends!)
1st Shift
Benefits
Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and perform various tasks.
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and comfortable with heights up to 30'.
Proficient in repetitive upper extremity motions and forceful grip/pinch movements.
Willingness to wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be 21 years old.
Tolerance for kief in the air.
Agility to maneuver in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including bending, kneeling, reaching, and stooping.

- Pick different harvest crew everyday
- Harvest second and third tier with crew
- Help associates with lift trouble
- Wet trim
- Hang for dry
- Weigh bins when they enter the room
- Track and enter all weights into computer
- Track and enter weights for individual people
- Prep room for trimming
- Space racks in flower room after each harvest
- Sweep flower room and clean lifts after each harvest
- METRIC
- BIOTRACK
- Make sure everything in our room is CCC Compliant
- Train new employees
- Retrain current employees
- Set up cup cake rack
- Rack cup cake
- Set up trellis on frame
- Raise frame to ceiling
- Run cryo machine
- Cure take down
- Cure shucking
- Cure tumbling
- Cleaning bins and equipment
