What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services position at Sand Hollow Resort?
We are looking for a guest services representative who will support our owner relations by providing comprehensive assistance, support, and interactive communication and services to current Owners and New Owners. This position will be responsible for ongoing and timely communication and response to Owners questions, concerns, comments, and suggestions. The right candidate must be well spoken and professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, and texts, while gaining the trust of the owners.
Responsibilities
- Creating and adjusting owner and owner guest reservations.
- Researching and solving billing issues with accounting department
- Coordinating maintenance requests
- Analyzing rental rate objections from owners and coordinating adjustments with Pricing team
- Creating reports as assigned
- Additional tasks as needed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum three years general office experience in a hospitality oriented enterprise or property management/real estate enterprise
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- MS Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
