What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Manager position at Sand Valley?

Property Description:

Sand Valley is the latest golf venture to be developed by the Keiser family under the umbrella of Dream Golf Resorts.  Much like the other Keiser properties Bandon Dunes and Cabot Links, Sand Valley is a high-profile, one-of-a-kind destination on its way to becoming one of the most notable golf locations in America.

In addition to three award winning golf courses, the resort entails: 118 rooms of over-night accommodations, two intimate housing developments, food and beverage outlets, an indoor fitness center, hiking trails, grass tennis courts and other outdoor activities.
