Marketing Coordinator – MC0422
Sanders Brothers Construction Company, Inc. is actively seeking a marketing coordinator. The coordinator will work directly with departmental managers and human resources to assist in the promotion of employment opportunities. This will involve leading social media efforts, coordinating with local educators and community leaders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work with recruiter to build Hiring Van location schedule and provide support and assistance during all hiring events.
- Establish and maintain relationship with community leaders, educators, trade/technical schools.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work with department leadership to develop and maintain a digital marketing presence to promote employment and other opportunities with the company.
- Identify and support local community events in our market.
- Develop all social media content (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) which may include photos, videos.
- Work directly with outside media partners for the purposes of advertisement this will include radio, television and print.
- Coordinate marketing activities with outside marketing consultants.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in developing and leading marketing efforts.
- Experience providing marketing supporting to construction or similar companies.
- Strong knowledge of social media content development and management.
- Knowledge/experience recruiting employment candidates (preferred).
- Desire to promote the company from an employment perspective.
- BS/BA in related area.
