Accounts receivable
-Process customer payments in timely manner
-Enter payments into accounting software
-Communicate effectively with customer to reconcile any discrepancy between payments and invoices
-Create and send invoices to customers
-Communicate when invoices are overdue
-Ensure appropriate sales tax status certification is up to date
Accounts Payable
-Receive and review vendor invoices to ensure accuracy
-Enter invoices into accounting software
-Communicate with vendors to reconcile any discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices
-Review payments to ensure match vendor invoices
-Knowledge of multijurisdictional sales tax
Credit
-Communicate with sales staff and CEO to initiate credit review
-Initiate and review credit reports
-Communicate credit terms to sales staff and customers

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
