JOB DESCRIPTION : At Sanderson Firm, the Client Success Coordinator acts a critical liaison between our Firm and our valued clients.
This position entails dedicated account responsibility that provides essential oversight of our client’s referrals from inception to completion.
Crucial skills for this position include clear and concise written communication skills, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to switch between tasks quickly.
JOB RESPONSIBILIIES : Provide guidance to clients on the handling of Workers Compensation, Liability and No-Fault Auto claims with Medicare Secondary Payer exposure.
Research and utilize problem solving skills to determine case issues and claim status. Perform quality control on cases assigned to ensure processing according to policy & procedures as well as client handling protocols.
Complete claim review follow-ups to establish status of settlement and appropriate services needed to ensure Medicare compliance.
Regularly communicate with management regarding workload status and provide additional support as needed to other departments.
Abide by all rules of the company such as safety, confidentiality, and organizational directives. QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum 1-3 years of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance experience preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer terminology preferred. Knowledge of Workers Compensation, No-Fault, and Liability Insurance preferred.
Associate degree preferred, and 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service and / or administrative role. Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Ability to work remotely in a productive and efficient manner. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities. and use time efficiently. Ability to concentrate and multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment. Must be able to work well under pressure and / or stressful conditions.
