Position Summary
The Surveillance Maintenance Technician Supervisor directs, plans and coordinates the maintenance and upkeep of all surveillance and security equipment. Supervises the Surveillance Maintenance Techs to ensure completion of all projects and maintenance in a timely manner. Works with Surveillance Maintenance Techs to maintain all surveillance equipment in operating order.

Reports to the Surveillance Manager.
Supervises the Surveillance Maintenance Technicians.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage a procedure for a successful equipment preventative maintenance program to include the UPS System.
Troubleshoot, repair, install and/or replace all malfunctioning CCTV equipment in order to keep the surveillance department in compliance of all regulations and internal controls.
Develop and manage a current equipment inventory list. Maintains an inventory of CCTV equipment and be the liaison with equipment suppliers for obtaining bids and purchases.
Assist in surveillance systems design and installations as needed.
Obtain equipment price quotes from suppliers and prepare equipment purchase requisitions as needed.
On call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergency surveillance equipment malfunctions.
Maintains accurate logs of surveillance maintenance activity.
Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to the surveillance operations, investigations, camera coverage, and casino policies.
Prepares, develops, manages and monitors annual budget. Prepares and specifies department in needs for capital projects.
Prepares monthly report of maintenance activity.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of casino surveillance systems, operation and repair.
Ability to maintain surveillance equipment.
Ability to coach and train technicians in installations and repairs.
Ability to supervise the work of surveillance maintenance technicians.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have excellent electronic troubleshooting skills.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Ability to build a strong team.
Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Associates degree in Electronics or related field required.
Four (4) years of electronic surveillance maintenance equipment experience.
Minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience.
Relevant experience may be substituted for education requirements.
Must be able to obtain & maintain a Sandia Tribal Gaming License.
Licensing Status
Must be able to successfully pass a Background Investigation.
