Requirements for Superintendent:
Experienced onsite Field Superintendent
Responsibility for planning, coordinating, and scheduling projects
Oversight of execution, administration, and cost control for projects of $10-15 million and larger
Schedule management with subcontractors
Quality and safety control implementation
Proficiency in OSHA 30, Procore, BlueBeam, and MS Project
