Responsible for managing three centers in the SAA region, this role is an integral part of the global knowledge and centers management team. As a line manager, oversee trainers and center technicians in the US and center managers in Mexico and Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading change management initiatives and proactive maintaining updated business plans for each Sandvik Coromant Centers in SAA along with the Sales Cluster Managers.
- Prioritize activities in the centers with a focus on ROI, SoW growth, and utilization.
- Implement a Lean way of working to optimize efficiency.
- Keep all centers clean and tidy using a 5S approach.
- Planning, developing, and coordinating events, customer projects, and training for both internal and external clients.
- Ensure that SAA Sandvik Coromant centers, activities, and promotional materials align with company strategy and branding guidelines.
- Preparing budget proposals, establishing budget control systems, and managing expenditures according to budget allocations.
- Recommending necessary equipment and resources for the centers.
- Coordinating customer invitations, registrations (both advanced and on-site), and conducting post-event evaluations and quality follow-ups.
- Always approach your work proactively, asking "how can I contribute to sales?"
- Ensure excellent Customer Experience both virtually and physically through our training and center activities.
- CoroPak execution for SAA.
- Accountable for the performance and utilization of all Sandvik Coromant centers in Sales Area Americas based on agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with the SAA Marketing team to develop solid communication plans promoting centers, trainings, and events.
- Develop, execute, and follow up on training and center activities aligned with local business plans and objectives.
- Utilize resources from the SAA Training & Center team to support new offer introductions in collaboration with OMRD and Sales.
- Support customer projects and new business opportunities by working closely with Customized Solution, Sales, and Offer Implementing managers.
- Share best practices with other centers and Sandvik Coromant Academy to drive efficiency.
- Gather feedback from customers, channel partners, and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Ensure planned activities are within budget and maintain sustainable cost control.
- Actively contribute to the Knowledge & Center Management team.
- Initiate quarterly meetings with Sales Cluster Management teams to focus on LBP execution and SoW.
- Collaborate with the Americas Field Marketing team on strategy creation and execution.
- Conduct employee evaluation and performance management aligned with HR objectives.
- Embrace digital approaches in training, center development, and internal/external collaboration.
- Continuously seek new skills and knowledge to support business results and improvement.
- Uphold Sandvik Core Values, Code of Conduct, and Safety culture in all dealings.
- Value supporter/ Driver of technical skill set of the Coromant employees - Secure/ Support technical competence level due to technical trainings for employees.
- A minimum of 5yrs of relevant experience in metal cutting and machining processes
- A minimum of 5yrs experience from sales or providing business and technical trainings
- Sales or Marketing experience focused on brand building and/or customer experience.
- A proven track record of delivering results and managing change and relationships.
- Knowledge and experience of managing customer relationships.
- Experience from leading projects
- Proven track record in delivering good business results.
- Requires experience in Microsoft Office, Dynamics, social media channels.
- Fluent in English
- Lead by example with high energy and a proactive approach.
