Qualified Candidate will be responsible for managing and dispatching maintenance and housekeeping work orders across the company’s portfolio of national properties. The ideal candidate is experienced in hospitality dispatch, is organized, accountable, and able to demonstrate exceptional time management abilities.

Responsibilities Include:
- Obtaining, executing, and enforcing operations work order processes and workflow.
- Hands-on dispatching and vendor issue management.
- Managing and building the dispatch department, with a focus on productivity and efficiency in completing work orders.
- Learning and becoming an expert in the Breezeway Property Care System to create, analyze, expand and dispatch maintenance and housekeeping orders.
- Proactively address problems and independently implement solutions to ensure timely processing and completion of work orders.
- Assess situations and prioritize calls and work orders.
- Oversee the route of field technicians.
- Coordinate route schedules effectively.
- Inform field technicians/respective team members about deliveries and traffic during the day.
- Accurately maintain exceptionally detailed notes, images, and videos of work order status by managing data in Breezeway. Manage every order for accuracy and timely completion.
- Implement and own the guest damages process. Directly responsible for creation of work orders, escalation, and timely resolution for guest issues (working with Guest Services team for additional charges).
- Effectively manage large scope of work orders that involve several vendors and break down work orders into supporting work orders.
- Routinely add cost for labor and parts into each work order and route work order for manager review and approval.
- Create and own operations reporting. Implementing a concise dashboard (i.e., summary P&L specific to labor and parts, operations KPI and individual field technician efficiency, department pipeline analysis and measurements, etc.)
Qualifications/Skills
- 7 years in hospitality or logistics experience as a Dispatcher with multiple locations
- 3 years call center experience preferred
- Excellent Excel pivot table and data analysis experience is required.
- Experience building operations reporting and analytics operations KPIs required.
- Technically agile, able to quickly understand and learn new platforms and tools.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, oral and written skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests, work effectively under pressure and under tight timelines.
- Personable and team-oriented individual
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work effectively in urgent situations
- Travel 10% within the Continental United States.
- Will liaise with groups and external parties.
- Will visit property sites, external vendor offices.
