Driver

Sanford Federal Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years of commercial and/or biomedical moving experience, along with a minimum of two (2) years of commercial driving experience. As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of materials and equipment for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport materials and equipment to designated locations.

• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

• Execute commercial and/or biomedical moving tasks efficiently and with care.

• Maintain a full understanding of conduct policies outlined by the company.

• Implement labeling procedures accurately and effectively as required.

• Comprehend and adhere to the Privacy Training policy as specified within company documentation.

• Work collaboratively with team members and follow directives to complete tasks.

• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and workspace.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure their safety and functionality.

• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate schedules and assignments.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of commercial and/or biomedical moving experience.

• Minimum two (2) years of commercial driving experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of conduct policies.

• Full comprehension of Privacy Training policies.

• Basic understanding of labeling procedures and their implementation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Complete knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
