- Assess emotional and mental stability of officers, crucial for their duties and their suitability to carry firearms
- Conduct periodic evaluations to maintain ongoing assessments of officer mental health and stability.
- Perform directed or special examinations as required, focusing on specific concerns or incidents
- Conduct an annual psychological assessment for incumbent VA Police Officers, which are limited to a verbal interview covering only job-related factors
- The employee must be licensed in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States
- The employee must possess a Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- All licenses held by the personnel working on this contract shall be full and unrestricted licenses
- The employee must hold a full and unrestricted license in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia
- Examiners must be familiar with VA policies relevant to the evaluation and selection of Police Officers. This includes an understanding of VA regulations and procedures governing personnel selection and evaluation processes
