Job Summary:

The vendor must provide support for CORVUS DAWN exercise and training for 3D Radio Battalion, focusing on Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mentorship, training environment setup, Program of Record (POR) training, and evaluation of SIGINT Support Teams (SST) and Radio Reconnaissance Teams (RRT).The vendor is responsible for providing 12 days of student instruction, mentorship, and evaluation during the designated period of performance. This includes developing a field training plan, executing the scenario-driven exercise, and supporting additional tasks as needed. The exercise execution is divided into four phases: Planning and Preparation, Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSO&I), Steady State Actions, and Consolidation and Retrograde.

Place of Performance:

The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in MCBH Kaneohe Bay, HI 96863 USA.

Role:

Site leads will coordinate scenarios in ground tactical SIGINT operations, including ground-based direction finding and EW fundamentals.

Responsibility:

They will oversee the execution of training scenarios, ensuring that role players accurately simulate real-world situations and providing feedback to enhance training effectiveness..
