Job Title: Dentist
Based at: Columbus, Ohio.
Job Summary: Sanford Federal, Inc. has an urgent requirement for an immediately available to work Dentist to provide services to the Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare during the periods of :
- January 15, 2022 – June 30, 2022 (Working two 8 Hrs Days per Wk)
- July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 (Working one 8 Hrs Days per Wk).
Requirements: The Candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Must have current License to practice Dentistry in the State of Ohio
- Experience working with adult mental health and forensic system
Duties:
The Candidate shall provide the following services in the Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare Centre:
- Provide the initial, annual and post-operative treatment exam.
- Perform the radiographs (x-rays), reading and recording.
- Endure the Dental Treatment Plan is completed, and addressed, as well as periodic review of Dental Records.
- Obtain informed consent for medication and procedures when indicated with support from TVBH.
- Provide a complete treatment modality to include, extractions, fillings, anterior root canals, prophylactic hygiene treatment, referral service, consultations, program monitoring, maintenance of Infection Control standards and documenting information in the dental record.
