Sanford Rose Associates – JFS Partners is an industry-leading Search Firm with an emphasis in providing executive and professional search solutions in Finance and Accounting. Our clients are fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-up companies, private equity firms and lead professional service firms.

Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire an Experienced Recruiter in Detroit, FL.

Requirements:

• 2 years of Agency Recruiting & Business Development experience required
• Comfortable being on the phone screening qualified candidates & prospecting for new clients / business.
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Ability to pick up the phone every day
• Passionate about being the best at what you do

Recruiter's Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for qualified candidates and building talent pipelines within accounting and finance.
• Prospecting and hunting for new business/clients
• Conducting Phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture.
• Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
