We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in HVAC, industrial maintenance, and facilities management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and logic controllers for troubleshooting
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
Experience:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within industrial maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of Press systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and voltmeters
- Familiarity with managing facilities and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial control systems and logic controllers
