Job Details
The Breast Imaging Tracker role is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our breast imaging patients when assisting with patient questions and with the tracking of their breast imaging results.
The Breast Imaging Tracker works hand in hand with Corporate Diagnostic Imaging Manager and the Biopsy Coordinator to ensure that proper support is given to our Sanitas Breast Imaging Centers, as well as, to our patients in the coordination of their care.
The trackers successful performance is directly linked to the overall success of the entire breast imaging team, customer service performance levels, and improvement of overall patient experience.

Qualifications:
- Profound Knowledge of Sanitas Administration Policies and Procedures
- Proficient in eCW, Google Suite, MedHost, PACS, STANA
- Communicates effectively with all types of personalities among Sanitas staff
- Excellent organization, customer service skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of requirements from the ACR and MQSA for breast imaging inspections and accreditations
Duties: Include but are not limited to the following:
Breast Imaging Tracker Duties:
- Effective and efficiently tracks and reports mammography screening, diagnostic and breast ultrasound procedures under MQSA regulations and ACR Guidelines and categorizes results in PACS
- Tracks, reviews, updates and properly follows up with all BIRAD 4 and BIRAD 5 patients in the Excel log monitored closely by the Corporate Diagnostic Imaging Manager
- Produces and distributes monthly outcome analysis reports for mammogram and breast ultrasound for all Breast Imaging Sanitas locations, including Doral, LOG, Plantation and Lauderdale Lakes (this report explains how many mammogram and breast ultrasound each Radiologist read and how they were categorized)
- Review and track all biopsy results monthly for all Breast Imaging Sanitas locations, including Doral, LOG, Plantation and Lauderdale Lakes (obtain pathology report and update information in PACS)
- Provide support to Luz Gonzalez, Biopsy Coordinator when needed
- Track, review and document all biopsy patients from Keralty Hospital after diagnostic imaging is performed
- Provide support to patients regarding mammography results, as well referring physicians and hospitals for pathology and medical reports
Education/Qualifications: High school graduate, preferably Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field, exceptional verbal communication skills, outstanding customer service skills, ability to work with interruptions and manage multiple priorities; knowledge of medical terminology, referral policies/procedures, and health insurance plans, attention to detail; strong computer skills and ability to use office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine and multi-phone system; legible handwriting.
