Customer Program Manager
Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide customer support for several new and existing VES customers. This person will be an integral part of the Operations team and will need to interact with many other functional areas within Sanmina including but not limited to production, engineering, quality, accounts receivable and sales. This position will focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
Nature of Duties:
Responsible for interfacing with the site Program Managers at various plants regarding VES customers and projects.
Serving as a liaison between VES customer and the Sanmina PMs to make sure the needs of the customer are met.
Ensures all program-related decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customer's contract.
Understands all aspects required to launch a new program or order.
Responsible for customer management and satisfaction, order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue resolution (A/R, E&O material issues, PPV, credit, RMA’s), and business development.
Understands Sanmina offerings for vertical integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or alternative Sanmina products or services.
Ability to lead cross functional teams to meet or exceed customer and Sanmina goals.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years proven experience as a Program Manager (preferably in a Contract Manufacturing environment)
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline.
Strong computer application skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, highly proficient ERP system experience (preferably Oracle)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/deadlines and deliver high quality results
Salary range: $60k-78k
