Customer Success Manager
Job Purpose
Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with large key global account(s) and provides product solutions, develops new business, ensures customer satisfaction, and maintains positive ongoing relationships. Manages revenue goals for the given account/customer. Responsible for planning and managing programs to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals. Understands Sanmina-SCI’s global manufacturing capabilities to support customer’s requirements and needs. Manages all program management issues between the manufacturing sites and the customer. Provides regular updates concerning account issues, financial status, etc. Assists account team members to identify and implement cost reduction/profitability improvement initiatives and ensures revenue growth, account penetration and customer satisfaction.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals
Guide customers through the onboarding process and provide training to ensure they effectively use the product and services provided
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs within the company
Track customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address issues
Work to renew customer agreements and identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth
Gather and analyze feedback from customers to inform product management and improve the overall customer experience
Develop strategies to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and product teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes with the product or service, consequently leading to improved customer lifetime value (CLTV) for the company
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in related field of work
Min of 8 years of related Experience
