Resin Material Handler

Job Purpose:

The Resin Handler is responsible for accurately supplying material to all molding machines. Information on handling material is from various written and verbal instructions.

Nature of Duties:

• Allocate material and cleaned equipment needed for each job.
• Remove material and equipment from completed jobs
• Clean and prepare equipment for production
• Monitor and adjust equipment output for accuracy
• Accurately Issue and return material as instructed.
• Supply material to all jobs as assigned.
• Unload incoming material and store in the proper place in the warehouse.
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Constant production monitoring of material levels
• Practice safe working habits.
• Periodically check for unsafe conditions and correct as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Basic computer skills needed.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-1 years of related experience
• Must have basic computer skills
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
• Previous material handling experience

Physical Requirements:

Standing: 95% Max. 50% Min.

Sitting: 15% Max. 5% Min.

Walking: 95% Max. 80% Min.

Grasping: Bimanual dexterity
