Candidate Profile
The ServiceNow Director holds a critical role in leading a team of internal employees and external partners to build business and digital workflow requirements for Sanofi to support over 70 manufacturing sites and all Sanofi locations in 170 countries. To deliver these requirements, the Director will work with their lead ServiceNow architect and development teams to engage peer organizations to review design requirements that focus on process flow, third party integration needs, and automations. Once engaged, the Director ensure the defined integration points or workflows match the requirements outlined, as well as define the effort within the overall backlog. Concurrent to enablement activities, the Director will, through his/her direct reports, closely monitor ServiceNow lifecycle to ensure the platform lifecycle is maintained so it can provide the best possible experience for our customers. Last, as new capabilities are defined, the Director will mobilize the team to provide or define education programs that ensure teams are prepared to leverage new capabilities.
Role Description
Mange a globally diverse team, helping them develop and grow Sanofi’s ServiceNow instance into a best-in-class business process and enablement platform
Partner across Sanofi teams to build integrations and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform
Interface with partens across the Sanofi business to align the capabilities of the platform with the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Manage commercial relationships with key partners and Suppliers, including our ServiceNow agreement, ensuring we have the most favorable operational and performance results that fulfill the terms of our partner agreements
Support the team to integrate external toolsets/data sources into ServiceNow to enhance logic decisions and workflow
Manage ServiceNow backlog, working with technology and business partners to provide backlog prioritization.
Participate in product lifecycle management, to including release plans as well as backlog management for delivery of new functionality
Establish and maintain a partnership with external operations partners to ensure stable data flow for system integrations
Provide training and support programs related to ServiceNow processes, policies, and procedures.
Help to build and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap, system architecture, and related documentation for partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Architecting, or related field preferred.
10 years managing globally distributed teams consisting of internal, organizationally matrixed team members and external partners
10 years applied experience and Certification across an array of critical ServiceNow IT Modules (i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, GRC, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics.)
Extensive experience using Flow Designer and Integrations Hub
Prior development experience using JavaScript/Perl/PHP on the ServiceNow Platform
Extensive applied experience in the design and architecture of ServiceNow HR Service Modules
Experience in functional ServiceNow Integrations (e.g., REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.)
ServiceNow certification a plus
ITIL Process familiarity, certification a plus
Base understanding of Cloud
4 years of experience with Agile scrum/Kanban methodology.

Salary : $105,000 - $133,000
