Role & Responsibilities: FO TECH - Integrations & Software Architecture Specialist:
- Desks we support include all Fixed income desks (Treasuries, Agencies, IG and HY Credit, Convertible Bonds, LATAM Emerging Markets, MBS) as well as Repo and Loans
- Primary Fixed Income system is Ion, Bloomberg, and Broadridge Impact
- Loan platforms include Centricity, Promerit, and LMS
- Finance platforms include Finpro and Smartloan
- Market connectivity integration includes all major Fixed Income Dealer and Dealer to Client platforms.
- Candidate will need to have extensive ION experience (5 years) and will need to demonstrate application knowledge
- Candidate will (with team) own front end on prem ION infrastructure, installations and upgrades
- Candidate will configure and maintain pricing and trading feeds
- Candidate will need to demonstrate knowledge of fix and other market connectivity protocols
- Candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot network and logical connections
- Candidate will need to demo and teach desk traders and internal support teams
- Role includes working directly with trading desk, sales, markets and providers.
- Candidate will write spec documents for developers to code against and perform SIT of that code before deploy.
- Candidate will need to follow change control process.
