After completing a successful training period in our office, some flexible and remote work hours may be offered. Candidates must possess the following:
- Superior communication and proofreading skills
- High level of courtesy, helpfulness, and professionalism
- Excellent statistical typing, grammatical, and organizational skills
- Expertise with Microsoft Office
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and deal with strict deadlines
- Dependability, integrity, and honesty
- Follow-through abilities
- Ability to work well independently and with others
- Ability to work outside the normal 8-5 workday as needed – especially from January to April
- Ability to travel locally
- High school diploma
- Administrative/CPA firm experience is a plus
