Sanwa Food Group is searching for a Business Administration Manager for our Tampa, FL headquartered company. This is a critical hire for us as our current Business Administration Manager is retiring in January after 27 years with the company.
The hire for this position will provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the company’s owners and Executive Leadership team. We are looking for candidates with sustained and broad administrative experience and the ability to work with confidential information. To be successful in this role, candidates should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, reviewing and organizing incoming mail, drafting letters and memos.
- Maintain company’s corporate records.
- Maintain schedule of regulatory compliance responsibilities and follow up to ensure completion of tasks.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for company team members as needed.
- Perform landlord duties as part of property management for company’s real estate portfolio.
- Assist with execution of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Take minutes during meetings and summarizes into official company documents.
- Assist with management and administration of the company’s varied insurance policies.
- Participate in company event planning and execution.
- Willingness to become a certified notary and handle company notary needs.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least four years of related experience required.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
