The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting data, analyzing business requirements, and collaboratively working with teams, customers, and management to improve business processes and operational procedures for the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

How you might contribute:

Create and maintain documentation for daily operation, such as Standard Operation Procedure and Knowledge Base articles

Communicate business needs and requirements across the organization

Develop and update reports to illustrate project growth and progression

Continually monitor all quality assurance aspects of the program and recommends program modifications or revisions when necessary

Apply comprehensive knowledge of a wide range of technical and business processes related to identity and access services

Research system security issues and work with the technical team to assist with resolving issues, documenting troubleshooting steps, and provides training support when applicable

Act as a subject matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges

Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and manage end-to-end delivery of the assigned projects

A successful candidate should:

Experience with project delivery and consulting

Knowledge of common security frameworks and concepts

Experience with developing end-to-end solutions

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Office-365 applications

Experience with JIRA, Agile, Scrum

Willing to work remote with global teams
