Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Developer at our Bellevue, WA location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of specific SAP product features in a development team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Ability to analyze and solve issues in existing and new code. Demonstrates full responsibility for accepted tasks and therefore demonstrates a high level of quality, speed, reliability and efficiency. Works closely together with other team members to ensure the team success. Enhances skills beyond own core functional focus and works on other tasks for the benefit of the team. If acting as Scrum Master, responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. Facilitates Scrum events on request or as required. Coaches the Development Team in self-organization. Removes impediments to the Development Team’s progress.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Work Experience:
Experience must involve 1 year in the following:
- Programming languages including Java and AngularJs;
- Front end coding, including HTML5, and CSS;
- Testing frameworks, including Sonar and Junit or Sahi;
- SOAP and REST Web service;
- Relational SQL Database;
- Source Code Management (SCM);
- CICD pipeline (code deployment); and
- Project Tracking using Jira or similar tools.
Travel: N/A. Telecommuting is permitted. Position must be based within the continental U.S.
