A Day in the Life
Our Produce team members work diligently to inspect and prepare each item to ensure that only the highest quality products meet our shelves. Everyone here is passionate about presentation. From our local organic produce to our fresh made guacamole, no item is out of place. When you first start, you'll spend time training alongside your most skilled teammates. All team members will assist with cleaning, preparing, and packaging products, stocking, merchandising, and helping to maintain our strict sanitization standards. At Ingles Markets, we work together to offer our customers a legendary shopping experience. All associates greet customers and offer assistance. Most importantly, you will be forming relationships with customers, team building, growing as a professional, and having fun!
