Job Description Overview:

The SAP Litmos Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working across the SAP Litmos marketing team to make sure crucial tasks and projects are supported, while also working with sales stakeholders to build alignment with the goal of supporting awarness, lead and pipeline generation, and revenue for SAP Litmos.


Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for reporting and data collection to enable pipeline growth. Duties include:

  • Build and execute targeted inbound/outbound initiatives across the world to generate qualified leads and pipeline for the sales team.
  • Manage Drift chat feature to make sure routing, sales team and playbooks are up to date
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within CRM on all accounts
  • Manage SMC and CRM routing rules with the relevant teams
  • Identify inefficiencies in the program workflow and propose new solutions (including technical and operational requirements) to address them
  • Co-work with sales team to optimize internal process and output exact data
  • Coordinate with sales team and support team to solve customer issue
  • Meet with various internal and partner resources on exchange partner strategy, achievements, and projected results
  • Create and manage marketing campaign codes to ensure codes are up to date and accurate
  • Manage the process of manual interaction uploads and tracking
  • Create reports for marketing and sales that focus on interactions and conversion rates.


The role requires an individual who is agile and can ramp quickly into an innovation-led, cloud/SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have content and digital marketing experience, strong communication skills, a self-motivated drive, and the unique ability to deliver fast time-to-market with high quality.


The candidate must have:

  • 1-5 years’ experience in marketing programs and/or content marketing.
  • Domain expertise high tech enterprise software industry with human resources, a plus
  • Proven success planning and implementing digital marketing plans
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contribute to projects across multiple teams.
  • Ability to execute with attention to detail.
  • Must be a team player with willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships across the company, including other marketing teams and external agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related fields a plus
