ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Technical Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (WFA). Demonstrate proficiency of SSIS, SSAS, SQL, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, ability to assess DB & build reports. Foundational knowledge of SuccessFactors HXM and SaaS implementation methodology to provide guidance and consult on leading practice. Must demonstrate critical-thinking skills to understand, evaluate and analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions based on software functionality.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Obtain and maintain senior level knowledge of WFA SuccessFactors on-going training and project work
• Collaborate and drive recommendations for sales, product development and partners
• Apply general HR business process, software, and related technical knowledge to support implementations
• Demonstrate leadership in given product space
• Educate customer on employee data and technical requirements
• Support go live and post go live efforts
• Able to obtain and maintain security clearances

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Recommend 2 full cycle implementations or 1-2 years of related experience
• Deep understanding of industry specific business processes
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in requirements gathering and development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to serve as an intermediary between technical developers and end users
• Ability to create positive and professional business relationships with internal and external clients
• Proficient with respect to SAP SuccessFactors Activate Cloud methodology
• Expertise in SQL, Visual Basic, MS Visual Studio, WFA Toolkit (5 tools), ability to assess DB & build reports
• Crystal Reporting

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• US Citizenship required
• Minimum 4-year University degree or equivalent work experience
• Travel: 0-10%, depending on customer location
• English: Fluent
