Are you an innovative recruiter with a strong track record of over-achievement? Do you have exceptional relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills? Do you leverage pro-active sourcing strategies to attract passive talent? In this full life-cycle role, you will partner with business stakeholders to hire critical talent for SAP’s Cloud Success Services organization.
Required Experience
- 5 years corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Strong knowledge of the technology sector, and core business functions
- Strong track influencing and advising senior clients and executives
- Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to SAP
- Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and process management
Responsibilities
- Understand SAP’s business model, organization, strategy and drivers
- Understand Strategy, Organization and Operations of your allocated client groups
- Articulate SAP’s value proposition and strategy in an exciting and compelling manner
- Have the ability to operate effectively and act as the trusted advisor in the recruiting process
- Develop and lead the recruiting strategy
- Identify, attract, screen and select candidates
- Coach managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision making
- Manage offer process
