Barista Manager
Sapp Bros., Inc., a growing chain of travel centers, is looking for a Manager to join our Beans and Brew team. As the Beans and Brews Manager, you will use your experience in leading a team of Team Members to ensure that we exceed our customers' expectations. If you are looking for an opportunity to grow your restaurant operations/management career with a growing company, we want to talk to you!
Your specific duties in this role will include:
- Greeting and taking care of guests and ensuring that team members are professional and courteous to everyone, even during peak rush periods
- Deliver 5 Star Service through resolving conflicts to the guest's complete satisfaction
- Responsible for the hiring of new staff and applying corrective action to department staff when necessary.
- Ensures proper and timely storage and rotating of stock.
- Adheres to all health code policies, including proper food safety and food temperatures.
- Assists employees with their service in keeping the area clean, seeing to customer's needs, and cashing out customers when possible.
- Treats all employees professionally and with respect.
- Monitors the kitchen for cleanliness and health and safety practices.
- Shows employees and customer's that you care and encourage employees to build rapport with both customers and employees alike.
- Ensures that each employee is treated fairly and following Sapp Bros., Inc. and Franchise policies/ procedures.

Baristas Manager is expected to perform 5 Star Guest Service, including learning about and educating our Guests about the world of specialty coffee.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience with the food industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a hospitality role.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Previous experience with Aloha point of service system is a plus.
- Good references and good work ethics
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
